This year LINC continues its partnership with the Actors Fund to deliver information and resources to artists, organizations, and communities on options for affordable, local health care and health insurance through the Artists Health Insurance Resource Center (AHIRC).  Please visit Connecting Artists to Health Care and Health Insurance section for more information about this valuable partnership.  

In addition, LINC is pleased to announce a new grant to Springboard for the Arts in Saint Paul, MN.  Their innovative Artists' Access to Healthcare Program provides vouchers to individual artists and their families to use at a low-cost community clinic in the Twin Cities.  With LINC support, Springboard will build relationships in Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota to replicate the success of its health care program.   

Finally, LINC commissions research and supports the dissemination of its findings throughout the U.S. so that municipalities, organizations, and individuals can be more informed about the conditions of artists and their health care and health insurance options.
