Artistlink.org

ArtistLink.org is a website that offers comprehensive technical information on artist space development including news on developing projects, a "space toolbox" that contains an online home buying course for artists, and advice on arts zoning for municipalities. Additionally, ArtistLink has received $100,000 to support the launch of two new programs: integrating artist space planning into municipal economic development activities, and providing grants and technical assistance to building owners to thoughtfully assess their future capital needs. ArtistLink retains a real estate consultant to provide comprehensive one-on-one assistance to artists, developers, and municipalities working on artist space development projects. As a complement to these activities, the MCC also hosts a companion website (www.artspacefinder.org) featuring a searchable online directory of artist spaces in the state of Massachusetts.
