LINC Leadership Change!

Leveraging Investments in Creativity (LINC), the ten-year national initiative committed to helping artists make a living and contribute to community life, has announced a leadership change that will be effective later this month. The transition occurs at the critical half-way mark of the initiative, which is redefining arts funding by providing direct support for individual artists and their access to adequate healthcare, affordable live/work space, professional skills development and other resources.

Teri Parker Lewis, a South Carolina-based Theatre Performance Teacher attend a recent conference hosted by LINC and the South Carolina Artis Commission, and wrote about her experience for The Fine Arts Center Newsletter.
